This page explains how to delete your account and data for games published by NakedRabbitProduction LLC (Pirate Vortex, Fluffy Office, Classroom Escape, Pug Pool, Ninja Bamboo, and any other games or apps we publish).

How to request deletion

1. If the game has a Settings → Privacy → Delete my data button, use it — it works instantly.
2. Otherwise, fill in the form below, or email nakedrabbitproduction@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data”, the game name and your player ID (shown in the game’s Settings screen).
3. We confirm by email and complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Player profile, name, friends, cloud saves, progress	Permanently deleted
Analytics and crash data linked to your player ID	Deleted or anonymized
Support emails	Deleted on request
Purchase / transaction records	Kept up to 7 years where tax and accounting law require, then deleted

Deleting your data also removes your virtual items and progress and can’t be undone. Uninstalling the game deletes any data stored only on your device. You can also delete just some of your data (for example, analytics only) — tell us in the form.
