Privacy Policy

NakedRabbitProduction LLC · Naked Rabbit Production

Effective date: October 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how NakedRabbitProduction LLC (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you play our games and use our website (together, the “Services”). It covers: Pirate Vortex, Fluffy Office, Classroom Escape, Pug Pool, Ninja Bamboo, and any other games or apps we publish.

Short version: we collect as little as we can, we never sell your personal information, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing nakedrabbitproduction@gmail.com.

1. Who we are

NakedRabbitProduction LLC is a limited liability company organized in New York, United States. We are the developer and publisher of the Services and the “controller” of personal information processed through them.

2. Information we collect

Waitlist sign-upsYour email address, which game you asked about, when you signed up and confirmed, and a hashed (not readable) version of your IP address for spam protectionYou, when you join a game’s waitlist on our website

We do not knowingly collect precise location, contacts, photos, health data or other sensitive information. If a game ever uses your camera or microphone for a feature, it will ask for permission first and that data stays on your device unless the feature clearly says otherwise.

3. How we use information

  • To run the games, save your progress and deliver items you buy.
  • To fix crashes and bugs, and to understand which parts of a game are fun or frustrating so we can improve it.
  • To show ads, measure how ads perform, and limit how often you see the same ad.
  • To answer support requests and send you service messages you asked for.
  • To email you when a game you joined the waitlist for launches (and, only if you ticked the box, about our other games). Every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To prevent cheating, fraud and abuse, and to comply with the law.

Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, our legal bases are: performing our contract with you (running the game), our legitimate interests (security, analytics, improving games), your consent (personalized ads and tracking — you can withdraw it at any time), and legal obligations.

4. Third parties we work with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Services, under contracts that limit how they may use it. Depending on the game, these may include:

  • Platforms: Apple App Store, Google Play, Steam (Valve) — for distribution and payments. Their own privacy policies apply to your accounts with them.
  • Analytics / crash reporting: Google Firebase Analytics
  • Analytics / crash reporting: Unity Analytics
  • Advertising: Google AdMob
  • Advertising: Unity Ads
  • Hosting: the providers that host our website and game servers.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising except where you have allowed personalized ads. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or players’ safety, or as part of a merger or sale of our business (with notice to you).

Your ad choices: on iPhone you can deny “Allow Apps to Request to Track” (Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking). On Android you can delete or reset your advertising ID (Settings → Privacy → Ads). Some games also offer an in-game privacy or ad-consent screen.

5. Children

Our games are designed for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under the age of digital consent in your country). When a game cannot confirm a player’s age, we treat them as a child: ads shown are non-personalized and we limit data collection. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email nakedrabbitproduction@gmail.com and we will delete it.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK, California and other US states), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to opt out of targeted advertising, and to withdraw consent. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights. To make a request, email us or use our data request form. We may need to verify your request (for example by asking for your in-game player ID). You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.

7. Keeping and deleting data

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above: gameplay data while you play and for up to 24 months of inactivity; support emails for up to 2 years; purchase records as long as tax law requires. Uninstalling a game removes data stored on your device. You can request deletion of everything we hold at https://yourname.ai/studio/delete-data/.

8. Security and international transfers

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no system is 100% secure. We are based in the United States, and our providers may process data in other countries. Where required, we rely on safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as our games change. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and tell you in-game for significant changes.
